Haunted by a desire to direct a film, recovering alcoholic Patrick faces confusion after his film shoot disaster on Lilla Kornö. His daughter Morgane intervenes with an equally unlikely as unique solution: a time loop where islanders reenact the failed day. Trapped living the same day over and over again, Patrick confronts alcoholism anew.
Meanwhile, Morgane struggles to keep the delicate plan from unraveling, grappling with her own hopes for their future and the fragile bond between them.
